INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The gel mask can be used hot or cold to reduce pain or to revitalise tired eyes.

Use cold:

Put the mask into the refrigerator(not freezer) for approximately 30 minutes. Remove the mask from the refridgerator and place across the eyes for 5-10 minutes.

Use Hot:

Place the mask into hot water(no boiling) for approximately 5 minutes. Remove from the water and dry with a towel.Once dry place across the eyes for 5-10 minutes.

Caution:

If skin irritation occurs stop use immediately. Cool and heat the mask only as advised, misuse may cause discomfort or severe burns.

Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
