Electric Chain Hoist

Electric chain hoist is a kind of light and small lifting equipment, which has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, small volume, strong versatility of parts and easy operation. The reducer adopts hard tooth surface transmission design, long service life and high mechanical efficiency. The motor adopts asynchronous motor with side magnetic brake function, and has up and down bidirectional safety limit device.

Structural features:

Electric chain hoist: imported fec80 super heat treatment alloy steel chain is adopted.

Chain bag: light, beautiful and durable.

Limit switch: there are limit switch devices on the top and bottom of the heavy load crane to stop the motor automatically, so as to prevent the chain from exceeding and ensure the safety.

24 V / 36 V device: in case of leakage of switch during operation, it can prevent external accidents.

Side magnetic braking device: this device can realize instantaneous braking when the power is cut off.

Electric chain hoist shell: light aluminum alloy shell, light and strong, high heat dissipation rate, full sealing design, suitable for use in poor working conditions.

Reverse phase protection device: it is a special electrical device. When the power supply wiring is wrong, the control circuit cannot act.
