Working principle


The humid and high temperature compressed air flows into the pre cooler (special for high temperature) for heat dissipation and then flows into the heat exchanger to exchange heat with the cold air discharged from the evaporator, so as to reduce the temperature of the compressed air entering the evaporator.


The compressed air after heat exchange flows into the evaporator and exchanges heat with the refrigerant through the heat exchange function of the evaporator. The heat in the compressed air is taken away by the refrigerant, and the compressed air cools rapidly. The moisture in the moist air reaches the saturation temperature and condenses rapidly. The condensed moisture forms water droplets after condensation. After the unique gas water separator rotates at high speed, the moisture is separated from the air by centrifugal force. After separation, the water is discharged from the automatic drain valve. The minimum dew point of air pressure after cooling can reach 2 ℃. The cooled cold air flows through the air heat exchange to conduct heat exchange with the high-temperature moist hot air at the inlet. The temperature of the cold air after heat exchange is increased because it absorbs the heat of the inlet air. At the same time, the compressed air also passes through the secondary condenser of the refrigeration system (unique design of the same industry) to conduct heat exchange with the high-temperature refrigerant again to fully heat the outlet temperature, so as to ensure that the outlet air pipeline is not dewed. At the same time, the cold source of the outlet air is fully utilized to ensure the condensing effect of the machine refrigeration system and the quality of the machine outlet air.


Main controller


1. The ON/OFF button switch is installed on the instrument panel of the machine to control the operation and stop of the machine.

2. The high and low pressure protection switch of the refrigeration system is installed in the machine table, which is used to control the pressure of the high pressure end and low pressure end of the refrigeration system, so as to avoid equipment damage caused by the pressure of the machine table exceeding the scope of use.

3. The defrosting solenoid valve is installed in the machine table to control the condensation pressure of the machine table, so as to avoid the ice blockage of the evaporator caused by the low condensation pressure of the machine table


Instrument control


The main instruments of the machine are composed of compressor air pressure gauge, refrigerant high pressure gauge and refrigerant low pressure gauge; The main controller is composed of ON/OFF button switch, high and low protection switch of refrigeration system, and antifreeze switch.


1. The air pressure gauge is installed on the instrument panel to display the pressure of the compressed air of the machine. The meter is composed of several scales. Mpa at the bottom and Kg/CM2 in the middle represent the unit value of pressure. When reading the pressure value, observe the scale value corresponding to the pointer on the gauge plus its relative unit value.

2. The refrigerant low pressure gauge is installed on the instrument panel to display the pressure or temperature at the low pressure end of the refrigeration system. The gauge is composed of several scales, and the reading method is the same as that of the high pressure gauge.

Working principle


Water-cooled compressed air dryer the amount of water vapor in the compressed air is determined by the temperature of the compressed air: under the condition that the pressure of the compressed air is basically unchanged, reducing the temperature of the compressed air can reduce the content of water vapor in the compressed air, and the excess water vapor will condense into liquid.

Installation requirements of refrigerated dryer


1. The refrigerated dryer shall be installed in a room with an ambient temperature of 2~38 ℃, good ventilation around and clean air; In particular, avoid corrosive components (such as ammonia) in the air. When the indoor ventilation is good, exhaust equipment shall be installed in the machine room.

2. There shall be at least 4-5 meters between the air dryer and the air compressor to prevent the vibration generated by the air compressor from affecting the normal operation of the air dryer.

3. The air inlet of the air-cooled dryer is more than 1.5m away from the wall, and the air inlet of the two dryers cannot face each other. A certain space shall be reserved around the cold dryer to facilitate maintenance and routine maintenance.

4. If the cooling water quality of the water-cooled dryer is poor, a water filter should be installed at the inlet of the cooling water. The temperature of the cooling water should be 10~32 ℃, and the water pressure should be kept between 0.15~0.35 bar.

5. When the dryer is running, its vibration is very small. Cement foundation is only required at the soft foundation, and the foundation should be flat. Avoid the impact of air compressor vibration from the air pipeline. If it is too serious, connect the high-pressure hose to eliminate the vibration.

6. The outlet of the automatic drain shall be connected to the drain to avoid polluting the production environment. The height of the drain shall not be higher than the drain.

The cold dryer is connected to the air supply system. It is better to make a bypass pipe between the air inlet and outlet, and set a bypass ball valve in the middle for debugging and maintenance.
